John Oilar, 92, retired farmer and threshing machine operator and for more than 50 years a resident of Veedersburg died Saturday evening at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ross Manne of Lafayette where he was spending the winter months. Surviving relatives include the daughter at whose home he did, two sons, Clifford of Veedersburg and Thurman of Attica. His wife preceded him in death about 20 years ago. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 at Lafayette with burial at Bunker Hill, Ind.
